Our Special Clear Base & Top Coat is a super-fast-drying, non-smear clear nail polish designed specifically for the Paint Me Pretty Trace & Transfer System.

Use it as a base coat to prepare your nail for transferring your custom nail art, then use it again as a top coat to seal and protect your finished design—without smearing or disturbing your artwork.

Each 5 mL pen features the same Japanese 0.5 mm precision tip and standard nail polish brush as our Nail Art Pens, giving you precise, controlled application.
